JIANGSU HONGSHENG BENGYE KEJI Co., Ltd. Was established in April 2013, located at No. 18, Jinbei Industrial Zone, Jinhu County. The whole company now covers an area of 15 acres, with standard workshop and office space totally 4000 square meters. The company possesses a volume pump standard test station, with complete product testing means.
Our company has established a long-term stable cooperative relations with South China University of Technology, Institute of industrial pumps, Zhejiang University of Technology and many other institutions of higher education. In the process of cooperation with the the Research Office of the screw machinery of the South China University of Technology, we have together developed the 2GH/CS-00 series of gas-liquid mixed double screw pump, using the B-A-B gear, gas and liquid processor, and many other patented technology from South China University of Technology. We have focused on solving the major big problems of the vapor turbidity and air resistance of the railway tanker uninstalling the light product oil. At the same time, we used the technology of one pump using for three ways ( instead of the original oil pump, oil transporting pump and bottom sweeping oil pump ). That is, the pump can work continuously for 30 minutes under the work condition of 100% gas. The technology of the gas-liquid mixed transportation at present has located in a leading position in the whole country.
The products of our company are mainly in the face of customers for petroleum, chemical, energy, food, as well as national strategic petroleum reserve, etc. Through the unremitting efforts of our company, we have obtained the network certification of the suppliers of Sinopec, proofing that we have the qualification to supply commodity to Sinopec. Our company now has dozens of pumps working in Sinopec Shengli oil field. After using the products for a period of time, with good response in Shengli oil field, now our company has formed a long-term stable cooperative relations with Shengli oil field and the subsequent orders are successively signed. Another important customer of our company is the oil depot of the national strategic oil reserve base in Hubei Zhicheng, existing 4 pumps used in Zhicheng depot. The using response from Zhicheng depot has been always good as well, and has passed the examination and acceptance of the reserve bureau of Hubei Province. The oil depot of the national strategic oil reserve base in Hubei Zhicheng, also, has formed a long-term cooperation relations with our company, and issued a report on the use of our products.
